Working with Din was such a joy. As a first-time home buyer he thoroughly explained the entire process of purchasing property in MD to me and always promptly responded to my slew of questions throughout the process. He was extremely patient as we saw many properties.I would highly recommend him if you are buying or selling in MD. He is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his guidance and low-pressure approach throughout the process, especially as a first-time home Buyer. He made the process seamless and easy to navigate.
We worked with Din for about 14 months! We moved from down South to MD and opted to rent until we understood the market. Din never rushed us, probably showed us 40 houses and we finally settled on a property exactly where we were seeking for the range that we were aiming to be at (never thought that was feasible!). He recommended awesome agents for the entire process (inspection, financing, attorneys, etc...). We were on a tight timeline since we were trying to move out of our rental. Din made it possible to close in 22 days! Closed on a Friday night. Yep, you read it right! We had a closing late at night (he will be flexible to accommodate his customers needs). Din is the best realtor Maryland has hands down!

In short, Din is the best realtor I have dealt with so far because he kind of guided me with everything planning, organizing, scheduling and financing. Our home selling experience with Din was excellent. From the first time we met him we felt comfortable and confident as he is a community person too. I am kind of procrastinators who takes forever to make decisions. But Din laid out a plan for us, with milestones set and always shared his knowledge, enabling us to move forward.
